In the hospitality industry where several parties, either online or offline, are interacting to book and deliver your service they will interface and share the processing of different aspects of your data for their part in the service you have requested or enquired about.

Not all bookings follow one pathway, we work with many online agents and some require the customer relationship primarily sits with them and others with Us.

eviivo Gateway

To facilitate your online booking request Your personal data may be transferred to eviivo Limited (Registered Office 154 Pentonville Road, London, N1 9JE Company Number: 5002392) including where necessary its subsidiaries outside of the EU.  By making a Booking, You consent to this processing of information by them as described by them to You at this stage in your online interaction and the transfer of Your information to them as our Hospitality software provider: eviivo Limited.

Offline bookings

We also directly populate this same software system with your personal data when you call, email or request by other direct means, a quote or Booking. At the first stage of your reservation confirmation, where possible, an email is sent which provides details relating to eviivo Limited and their contact details.

Joint Data Controller

In some instance two organisations may need to control the processing of your data, drawing on different elements for different parts of delivering the service you have requested to buy, or have bought, or are in the process of engaging with. For example, a Booking.com interaction involves data collected at point of online sale;

that data is transferred to Us via the eviivo Gateway. We then have access to that data held on their Hospitality Diary System. We may add and control data then that is held on that system for specific room needs or dietary preferences you have directly requested or requested via the third-party email system.  Data held is for the contractual delivery of the service bought and the processing of the payment for that service.

As a small company the Owner acts as the DPO. At all times the length of time the data is retained with Us is so that we can legitimately fulfil the contractual terms of that service, and our legal obligations as a limited Guernsey company.
